Last week 2 of our volunteers Brian and Maria went out to 3 local Co-op stores including Cupid Green petrol station, Queens Square and Co-op Funeral care Marlowes to say thank you to the Co-op Members who voted for us in their annual big Co-op payout. These three local stores had some £12,000 to give away, and they divided it between three nominated charites WExp being one of them.
To help celebrate, we distributed cakes and vouchers for the store and chatted to some of the customers about our Enable Trips, which is what the money will go towards. A massive thank you to the Co-op and all their members for the £4,182.72 donated.
